Mindfulness and Movement is a secular, curriculum-based program that incorporates youth-centered, mind-body practices including breathing practices, movement and postures, experiential activities, and relaxation techniques to enhance social-emotional learning core skills. Programs target self-regulation, stress management and communication skills.
Programs can span over a course of grading period, semester or year. Customized series are also available in the following: 4-week, 6-week, 8-week or 12-week.
Programs begin at $75/session.
