Our Mission
Mindful On Life bridges the gap between education and mindfulness, uniting the two to ultimately create more aware, connected and compassionate communities. It is in ingrained American culture to go rapidly through life, bypassing some of its most important and transformative moments. We incorporate a formal mindfulness education into spaces where learning, growth and cultural change are already occurring, and where a structure is already in place, such as public k-12 schools, behavioral therapy programs and juvenile detention centers. In doing this, we provide individuals with the tools they need to be successful in all areas of their lives: socially, academically, physically and spiritually.
