Mindful On Life bridges the gap between education and mindfulness.

What We Do

Teach youth, adults and communities mindful tools and techniques to enhance overall well-being through quality, curriculum-based programs, professional development, and supplemental resources.

Community issues and needs include Behavioral/Mental Health, Uninsured Access to Health Care, Education and Transportation. The Richmond area is experiencing a high level of trauma and chronic pain due to the effects of poverty, criminal activity/violence, low accessibility to well-being resources and education. We teach youth, adults and communities mindful tools and techniques to enhance overall well-being through quality, curriculum-based programs, professional development, and supplemental resources.

How We Do It

Mindfulness On Life aligns with the 6 Principles of Trauma Informed Practice, and our culturally-relevant, person-centered programs align with CASEL’s five core competencies of social emotional learning for the youth and educators' lives, school environment and communities.
